The Finance for WASH Access partnership aims to unleash innovative finance models for water and sanitation solutions in Kenya.
Investing in Impact
P4G has invested US $400,000 in the partnership.
The partnership will work with banks and microfinance institutions to unlock private investment capital for water and sanitation solutions for small and medium businesses and households. It will prove that lending to the base of the economic pyramid for water and sanitation is a financially viable and replicable business model. This evidence will support policy and regulatory changes required to scale private sector lending.
