Rebecca Amukhoye

Rebecca Amukhoye is the CEO of the Micro Enterprise Support Program Trust (MESPT), Kenya. 

As head of MESPT, Amukhoye supports business strategy development, organizational development, operations, learning and corporate sustainability. 

She has over 20 years of experience of work with smallholder farmers and agri enterprises in increasing productivity and profitability. She provides local Agri SMEs with business development services and promotes access to finance for increased investment in agriculture, green transformation and job creation. 

Prior to joining MESPT, Amukhoye held country director and regional director roles at various International NGOs where she was successful in creating large scale impact in women’s economic development and the growth of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises. 

Amukhoye holds a BSc in Agriculture and Home Economics from Egerton University and an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi. She has also completed the Senior Management Leadership Programme from Strathmore University.
