Leila brings a breadth of experience from both the government and private sectors. She has in-depth knowledge of air quality regulations, climate and energy policies. She previously worked at the U.S. EPA in Texas, and in the Administrator’s Office in Washington DC where she evaluated all major air quality rules prior to promulgation. Leila holds an MBA from Stanford University, where she focused on public and private sector initiatives relating to the environment. She received her BA in economics with high honors from Yale University. She is passionate about hiking, the National Parks, and spending time with her husband and three children.
