Kyra is the Engagement Coordinator for P4G, the Partnering for Green Growth and the Global Goals 2030 initiative. P4G brings together business, government, and civic organizations to incubate and accelerate innovative public-private partnerships in five key areas: food/agriculture, water, energy, cities, and circular economy. In this role, Kyra supports the development and implementation of P4G's engagement strategy.
Prior to joining P4G, Kyra worked at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in the Office of Water on the Hypoxia Team, helping the Hypoxia Task Force make progress toward its goals to reduce nutrient pollution in the Mississippi/Atchafalaya River Basin and the extent of the hypoxic zone in the Gulf of Mexico. She has also interned in EPA's Office of Internal Communications and conducted research on water quality in Colorado as part of the Sustainability Research Network: AirWaterGas project.
Kyra holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, with a concentration in Global Environmental Systems, and Hispanic Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
She enjoys singing, traveling, reading, and getting out into nature in her spare time.
