Hans is the Special Projects Manager of the P4G Initiative. The P4G Initiative will help develop breakthrough partnerships involving public and private sector actors. In his role, he focuses on cross-cutting team assignments and in facilitating team long-term planning.
Prior to joining P4G, Hans worked at CLASP, an NGO based in Washington DC, where he worked on policy and market development initiatives for energy-efficient appliances. He also has previous experience working in the private sector and was involved in the start-up of two small businesses.
Hans holds a BSc in Management and Strategy from Aston University in Birmingham, UK and is currently pursuing an M.L.A. in Sustainability from the Extension School at Harvard University.
Originally from Peru, Hans has been living in the Washington DC metro area since 2013. In his spare time, Hans enjoys practicing martial arts and traveling the globe with his wife.
