Chung Pham

Chung Pham is the National Platform Liaison for P4G in Vietnam. 

She brings over 15 years of experience in program delivery and stakeholder engagement in Vietnam, with strong institutional networks across government, business associations, enterprises and development partners. Her work spans green and just transition, cross-border trade, and policy and business dialogue. 

Before joining P4G, Chung worked with the Vietnam–Australia Centre, GIZ Viet Nam, the ILO Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific, and the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs of Viet Nam. She also serves as Executive Director of VietGlobal Consulting Group. 

Chung holds a Master of Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney, Australia, and a Bachelor of Economics from Foreign Trade University, Hanoi. 

She lives in Hanoi and speaks Vietnamese and English. Outside of work, she practises Pilates and enjoys travelling and meeting new people.
