Investment Specialist

Brian is the Investment Specialist for the Partnering for Green Growth and the Global Goals 2030 (P4G) platform. He plays a key role in the assessment of current and prospective partnership business plans and financial projections as well as follow up support for readiness for commercial operations. He coordinates and implements investor sessions for partnerships ready with investment memoranda and manages the subsequent investor relationships. He also prepares summaries of partnerships ready for securing investment for presentation to financial institutions and other investors.

Prior to joining P4G Brian was an accountant at Agricultural Finance Corporation, whose mission is to provide sustainable financing through participative & collaborative financial & non-financial interventions including technical assistance, innovations, technology & products. Business Financial analysis, portfolio management & financial accounting were at the core of his services.

Brian holds a Master of Science degree in Development Finance from Strathmore University Business School, Nairobi Kenya in conjunction with Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in Frankfurt Germany. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a specialization in Finance from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. Besides his studies, Brian is a Chartered Development Finance Analyst (CDFA).

Brian lives in Nairobi. He speaks fluent Swahili & in his free time enjoys watching soccer and travelling.
