Operations Specialist

Winfred Muasa is the Operations Specialist for the Partnering for Green Growth and the Global Goals 2030 (P4G) initiative, where she coordinates financial, grants operations, and program administrative processes to support climate action and sustainable development. 

Winfred has worked across program financial operations, grants administration, resource mobilization, and compliance with leading organizations in Africa and globally. Previously, she worked at Living Goods as a Global Functions Associate, contributing to resource mobilization, financial planning, and partnership efforts. 

She also previously served at the African Academy of Sciences (AAS) and the Science for Africa Foundation (SFA), through the Global Grant Community (GGC) and Good Financial Grant Practice (GFGP) initiatives with a keen focus on compliance processes, good financial grant practices, AML/KYC compliance, systems, program operations, award, and sub-award processes. 

Early in her career, Winfred held several roles, including at Marie Stopes International, where she gained foundational experience in program operations and administration. With a strong background in program operations, grants administration, financial management, she is committed to driving operational excellence and enabling impactful programs in sustainable development.
