Sharon McCabe is the Project Coordinator for P4G, the Partnering for Green Growth and Global Goals Initiative. She works to coordinate the activities of P4G and its partners as well as provides operations support to the team.
Prior to joining WRI, Sharon worked as the Project Manager for several wildlife conservation NGOs in Indonesia where she managed projects and research initiatives in the field. She has also worked as a wildlife researcher for WCS - Cambodia and Oxford Brookes University in the UK.
Sharon holds a BSc. in Biology from the State University of New York - Geneseo and an MSc. in Wildlife Conservation from Oxford Brookes University. For her Masters thesis she conducted and published research on new techniques and analysis for monitoring arboreal primate populations.
Sharon has recently moved back to the States after 8 years of working abroad and currently resides in Old Town with her husband and 2 dogs.
